Processing Time All orders are processed within 24–72 hours (1–3 business days) of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship via USPS and UPS Ground. The following options are available at checkout:
- Standard Shipping via USPS or UPS Ground (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
International Shipping We ship worldwide via USPS International. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Duties & Customs International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their country. PENSKYN is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at your earliest convenience so we can make it right.
