Refund & Return Policy

PENSKYN pieces are made to be kept. Each pen is individually handcrafted, inspected, and shipped with the intention of becoming a lasting part of your collection. That said, we understand that occasionally something may not be right — and we're here to make it so.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unaltered items in their original packaging. Given the artisanal nature of our work, we are unable to accept returns on items that show signs of use, customization, or damage not caused by us.

Final Sale Limited edition releases and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return Reach out to us directly with your order number and a brief note on why you'd like to return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps. We recommend shipping returns via a trackable, insured carrier — PENSKYN is not liable for items lost in transit.

Return Shipping Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds Upon receipt and inspection of your return, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary by financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photos. We will prioritize a resolution — whether that's a replacement or a full refund.

A Note on Our Craft Because each PENSKYN piece is made by hand, minor variations in finish, color, and texture are inherent to the process and are not considered defects. These nuances are what make your pen one of a kind.
